A nice size and air conditioned room, I greatly enjoyed the hotel!

My room included air conditioner, a kitchen area, and a lounge.

Large and air conditioned room with fresh cookies and amazing decor, for example, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety.

It was clean, air conditioned room. The location was favourable, near great restaurants and a Whole Foods market, the Metro which is a five minute walk away and dining options. Also, the hotel was around 10-15 minutes walk from Bethel Gospel Assembly.

Spacious, grand rooms with high ceilings. Good-sized ensuite bathroom. Access to shared kitchenette, dining room, and lounge. Helpful host with detailed local knowledge. Great location near Central Park and Metro. No hesitation in recommending.

I loved the vibrant and colorful neighborhood where Manhattan Guest Suites is located. It felt safe and there were plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. The subway station was conveniently close, making it easy to explore the city. The owner, Peter, was thoughtful and provided delicious homemade snacks for us to enjoy. The historic brownstone building was beautifully restored and the rooms were luxurious and well-equipped. I had an extraordinary experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at these guest apartments. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the subway and bus stops. I loved being able to easily explore the city and not worry about transportation. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a great view of the neighborhood. The bathroom was well-equipped and the service was exceptional. The communal kitchen was stocked with snacks and drinks, making me feel right at home. The area had a wonderful vibe and I always felt safe and welcomed.

The only downside was the lack of shades on the windows, making it a bit difficult to block out the morning light.

We're in the middle of it all. Getting around this bustling neighborhood is a breeze because of the location. The attractions are all nearby from galleries, shops, and restaurants. The room is spacious and has everything you need like air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and comfy beds. The view is gorgeous. It feels like you're right in the heart of the city. The breakfast is hearty and delicious, perfect for fueling up for your day.

The walls are thin, and the noise from the hallway and other rooms can be pretty distracting at times.

The bathroom blinds were raised by the cleaning person and couldn't be lowered, resulting in a lack of privacy.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the beautiful interior decoration. The rooms were spacious and tastefully furnished, making me feel right at home. The cleanliness was impeccable, with daily cleaning that left everything spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with amenities like an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and even a small fridge in the rooms. The location was perfect, situated in a nice quiet neighborhood within easy reach of all that this city has to offer. The Metro was just a five-minute walk away, allowing me to easily explore other areas on a daily basis. And the staff were fantastic, offering excellent hospitality and making me feel truly at ease and rested.

Nothing not to like.

The free snacks and coffee were good. the location was convenient, just walking distance from a subway station. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby historic streets and trying out the local food.

The stairs were a real pain, especially when carrying heavy luggage. the area was not really safe, so we had to ensure that we were always aware of our surroundings.

We spent our Christmas holiday at a brownstone property that gave us a cozy and homely feel. The place was always clean, and the host showed great care and attention. We appreciated the availability of the kitchen and dining room facilities, and the fresh homemade cakes and cookies were a cozy touch that we looked forward to every day. The location was great as it was 10 minutes away from the park and 5 minutes away from the subway station.

Although we had a great time, we did encounter a few downsides. The kitchenette lacked plates, which could be inconvenient for some guests.
